A LOOK AT THE 2014 SEASON

Hampton, MN (April 10, 2014)  Jonathan Eilen and the Eilen & Sons Motorsports Team will be running the ARCA Midwest Tour circuit for the 2014 racing season.  The first race will be Saturday, April 12 at Toledo Speedway in Toledo, Ohio for the first of two CRA/ARCAMT battles.  A few weeks later the team will travel to Madison International Speedway in Oregon, Wisconsin for the 6th Annual Joe Shear Classic on Sunday, May 4.  May is a busy month for the ARCA Midwest Tour drivers with races at State Park Speedway in Wausau, Wisconsin on Saturday, May 17th and the second of the two CRA/ARCAMT boarder wars on Sunday & Monday May 25th and 26th.  Only a week off for the Eilen team before heading to The Milwaukee Mile for The Swiss Colony Howie Lettow Memorial on Sunday, June 8th for a full weekend of fun and entertainment.  The team will have another week break before going to one of Jonathan’s favorite tracks, Grundy County Speedway in Morris, Illinois on Friday June 20th and then heading closer to home on Saturday, June 28th for the Wisconsin Dells 100L at Dells Raceway Park.  As of today, there are no scheduled races for the month of July, but ARCA Midwest Tour officials are working on finding a suitable race for the month. In August, the team will travel to Wisconsin International Raceway in Kaukauna, WI on Saturday, August 9th and then to Norway Speedway in Norway, Michigan the following Friday, August 15th. FINALLY, the team will be at home in September for the 6th Annual Thunderstruck 93 on September 20th at Elko Speedway in Elko, MN.  The last race of the season will be the 45th Annual Oktoberfest at LaCrosse Fairgrounds Speedway on Sunday, October 5th.  Everyone is looking forward to the upcoming 2014 season!  The Eilen & Sons Motorsports team is excited to welcome back team members Chad Wood, John “Spiff” Klock, Jayson Edmunds, Pat Eilen, Jake Adelmann and Anthony Lyman.  Everyone is excited for new team member, Jason Hack, and all his experience with racing and cars.
